Q. How long does it take for an offer to show as completed on my account?

A. It can take a few days for the offer to be credited to your account, depending on which offer you take, some credit straight away, others a few days, but you will be credited as long as you signed up via the offers page of Freebie site while you were logged into your account.

Q. The gift that i want is not listed on the site, what should i do?

A. All you have to do is send in a support ticket with the gift you woud like (and where from if you know where to get it), you can access the support ticket once you are logged into your account on the support tab, and it will be sorted for you.
